You can also complete the lease signing process with a staff member by scheduling an appointment with our office or visiting us during office hours. We will then complete all the necessary paperwork and go through the lease, which takes about 30 minutes.

The security deposit is two times the rent.

The application fee is $50 and there is a one-time service fee of $55 that sets up your electricity and is charged when you move in.

Yes, all our apartments are furnished and include a washer and dryer, so all you will need to bring on move-in day are household items like linens, decorations, and kitchen items.
We offer a roommate matching service to full-time students. Each resident completes a detailed roommate lifestyle questionnaire. The Renaissance matches residents who are most compatible based on their responses.

Yes! We allow cats and dogs. You must register your pet with proper vaccination records and pet information. Our pet policy requires a fee of $300 and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. There is also a weight limit of 80lbs. The amount of the deposit or fee that's non-refundable is $300.
