I want to live at The Renaissance. What do I need to do now?

We're so excited that you've chosen The Renaissance as your home away from home. For your convenience, you can apply and complete all your lease paperwork online from anywhere in the world. Be sure you have a copy of your driver's license or photo ID and payment method.

​You can also complete the lease signing process with a staff member by scheduling an appointment with our office or visiting us during office hours. We will then complete all the necessary paperwork and go through the lease, which takes about 30 minutes.

What is included in the rent?

Included in the rent are WIFI, cable, trash, water, and sewage. 

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is two times the rent.

Do I have to have a guarantor?

Even if you are over 21, you either need a guarantor or pay a deposit of two times the monthly rent. 

Do I have to pay a move-in fee or application fee when I sign my lease?

The application fee is $50 and there is a one-time service fee of $55 that sets up your electricity and is charged when you move in.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments? Is there a grace period?

Our late fee of $50 starts on the 4th of each month and $5 every day after until rent is paid.

Is my apartment furnished? And if so, what should I bring on move-in day?

Yes, all our apartments are furnished and include a washer and dryer, so all you will need to bring on move-in day are household items like linens, decorations, and kitchen items.

What if I don't have a roommate?

We offer a roommate matching service to full-time students. Each resident completes a detailed roommate lifestyle questionnaire. The Renaissance matches residents who are most compatible based on their responses.

What size are the beds?

Enjoy furnished apartments with full-sized beds so you can get the rest you need. 

What is the parking situation?

​Parking is free and in front of every building.

How late is your fitness center open?

Get your exercise on with our fitness center, open 24 hours.

What if I have a problem with an appliance or an emergency maintenance problem?

No worries, we have an after-hours all call service that will dispatch to maintenance who lives on site.

Are pets welcome?

Yes! We allow cats and dogs. You must register your pet with proper vaccination records and pet information. Our pet policy requires a fee of $300 and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. There is also a weight limit of 80lbs. The amount of the deposit or fee that's non-refundable is $300.
